The Second hole is a long par four for the men and a long par 5 for the ladies. There is a dogleg to the left approximately 230 metres from the tee. This requires an extremely well hit drive to be in a position to attack the green with the second shot. The green is elevated with a slope from left to right in front of the green. This further restricts the target area for an approach shot to a narrow area to the left hand side of the green.
