Only 6 players turned out for the first qualifying round of the Club Championships. While colourful local identity Philip “Thomo” Thomson is recovering from an injury it would appear that many other members either failed to check their program or were attending the Burra Antique\u00a0 Fair. Fortunately for those that missed Saturday’s round qualification for the semi finals is determined by the best 2 of 4 qualifying rounds.<\/p>\n
