Eight remaining players contested a par round with David “Jack” Webster showing himself to be approaching top form for the upcoming B Grade final on Sunday. Jack scored 3 up to comfortably beat runner up the a fore mentioned Bob Taylor who finished square. Mark “Mouldy” Millward and A Grade contender Michael “Tickers” Tickner were next with -2. Dick Secomb finished with -3 while Dick Cleland & visitor Ric Wale scored -4. Dick was -7 after 9 holes but no one can come back from there.<\/p>\n
