Four players ventured out on Saturday in freezing conditions made all the more unpleasant by high winds & occasional showers. To add insult to injury they played a stroke round!
Andy Phillips won the day with a net 71, a good effort in the conditions, to win comfortably. Michael “Tickers” Tickner was runner up with a net 74 while Russell “Gus The Good Guy” scored a net 76. The mercurial Bob Taylor took the Mars Bar with a net 82.
