The ladies excelled the gentlemen with Jodi Lehmann winning by a comfortable margin and Sharyn “Chookie” Roberts edging out colourful local identity Philip “Titanic” Thomson on a count back for second.
Conditions were perfect for today’s event and only poor golf can explain some of the scores. At the bottom end of the field Dick Cleland only avoided the Mars Bar on a count back with David “Robbie” Robinson receiving the confectionery.
